This page contains info about my Home maintenance schedules. Regular maintenance can help prevent expensive repairs, extend the life of appliances and equipment, and identify problems before they become serious. Update the "Last Completed" date whenever a task is performed and add notes about any problems discovered.

Monthly Tasks

Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors

  • Press the test button on each detector.
  • Check for warning lights or low-battery indicators.
  • Confirm that detectors have not reached their replacement date.

  • Remove and clean filter.
